For the last two years I have been developing a set of different innovation workshops for clients including American Express, Fundación Ramón Areces, and The Future Factory.

I also designed a 1 week Sprint workshop as a core part of the LSE’s MSc in Management, Information Systems and Digital Innovation. For the last two years I have directed and led this 5 day sprint for 80+ students working in conjunction with consultants from Roland Berger and from Visa.

Running between 1 and 5 days my digital innovation workshops focus on assisting in transformative digital innovation, skills development and team-building. The workshops draw upon on a range of key ideas including:

  • Sprints
  • Soft Systems Methodology
  • Agile Software Development Practices
  • Lean Startup

Usually the workshops are based around, and intermingled with, my providing a series of digital leadership talks driven by research in this area.

As each client is different, and each assignment is different, I develop a methodology/timetable for each workshop.

I have researched and written extensively about digital innovation and draw upon that expertise in running the workshops.
